During new system implementations, the impact on existing business processes are often under-estimated. Not only are there changes to the
user interfaces, but often there are significant changes in functionality which will affect the suitability of existing business processes. During this process of adapting to a new system, there are
usually numerous opportunities for synchronisation, optimisation and streamlining of business processes to utilise new functionality and improve performance and user/customer experience.
We can act as Project manager to manage this Change process and ensure that business processes are designed and documented according to best
practice and delivered in a fit-for-purpose state, conforming to the stated Target Operating Model.
